Baby-Back Ribs

Ingredients:
- 1.5kg Baby-Back Ribs (trace)
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion (3.3mg)
- 1t Salt
Sauce:
- 2 Red Peppers – roasted and peeled the skin, then pureed (3.6mg)
- 1 Medium Mango or 8 oz canned peaches – pureed (2.8mg / 5mg)
- ½ cup Yellow Onion – chopped (3.3mg)
- 2T Honey (0.6mg)
- 1/2T Raw Sugar (0.7mg)
- 1T Lemon juice (0.1mg)
- 1t Salt
- ¼t White Pepper (0.3mg)
Directions:
- Boiled water enough to cover the ribs. Then add ribs, onion and salt to boil for 1/2 hour.
- Set the fire low and simmer for 1 hours
- Combine all the ingredients of the sauce, and cook for about an hour.
- Cool the ribs and pour enough sauce to cover it. Marinate for 3-4 hours.
- Pre-heat the oven to 375?F. Put the ribs in the oven for 1.5 hours, turn every 1/2 hour.
You can bake or grill or barbecue this!
About 3.6mg per 500gm of Baby-Back Ribs.
